By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services, motion presets, and visual layouts offered by CanvasLabs ("Service", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of this portal immediately.
2. Creative License & Usage
All templates, presets, vector animations, and code provided on this platform are curated by Aryan (simplearyan).
- Permitted Use: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to download and experiment with the presets for visual prototyping and learning.
- Restricted Use: You may not repackage, re-license, sublicense, sell, or redistribute raw canvas components or JSON presets directly to competitive template marketplaces without written approval.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property, underlying rendering engine architectures, custom WebWorkers, and mathematical formulas supporting the canvas simulations are the proprietary assets of the developer team, spearheaded by Aryan. All brand monogram graphics ("CL"), design systems, and portal page codes are legally copyrighted.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that our Web Workers, MP4 compression pipelines, or canvas rendering models will meet 100% of your performance metrics across all legacy mobile browsers or custom desktop operating systems.
5. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or discontinue any part of our motion presets library or core editor widgets without prior warning or liability.
